While learning to Hula Hoop, Sirenna lost 35 pounds, gained muscle tone & lost fat & cellulite. After becoming highly skilled at Hula Hooping & Hoop Dancing, Sirenna decided to share this new found passion with others & acquired a Group Fitness Instructor Certification.
